These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Korvogami ("Korvogami", "we", "us") and govern your use of our mobile games, currently Dough Dev and Dough Dose (the "Games") and korvogami.com (together, the "Services").
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to agree to these Terms in your country, or have a parent or legal guardian agree on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for the activity of minors in their care, including purchases.
3. License to play
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Games on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, and as permitted by the usage rules of the store you downloaded from. You may not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Games, except where the law expressly allows it;
- rent, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Games;
- use cheats, bots, exploits, mods or unauthorized third-party software;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices.
4. Virtual items & in-app purchases
- Games may offer virtual currency, items, subscriptions or content ("Virtual Items") for real money. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests must be made to Apple or Google — see our Support page for how.
- We may change, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items as part of running the Games. Where a paid item is removed in a way that materially reduces what you purchased, we will try to provide a fair substitute where reasonable.
- The Games currently have no real-money purchases or subscriptions. In-game money, upgrades, hires, decor and wardrobe items are earned by playing. If we add purchases later, these Terms will apply to them.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
5. Acceptable conduct
Where the Games include leaderboards, player names or other shared features, you agree not to use offensive, unlawful or impersonating names or content, harass others, or interfere with the Services, their servers or other players' enjoyment. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
The Games and all content in them — including code, art, characters, music, text and the Korvogami name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
8. Third-party services
The Games may include services or content from third parties (for example Game Center, Google Play Games, analytics or ad providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Additional terms for Apple App Store users
If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Korvogami only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Korvogami, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Game and its content.
- Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the Game may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
- If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Game; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
- Korvogami, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Game or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer-protection, privacy or similar claims.
- If a third party claims that the Game or your use of it infringes their intellectual-property rights, Korvogami, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Game.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Additional terms for Google Play users
If you downloaded a Game from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the Game, and these Terms are between you and Korvogami only.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that progress or Virtual Items will never be lost.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korvogami will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Games. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, or discontinue a Game with reasonable notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York, unless the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim locally.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the Games or on this website. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
